The 10 Savage Laws of RAW
You want to get RAW? Good. Just know this isn’t some weekend warrior fad…..this is a hard reset on everything you thought you knew about being a man. These are the laws. Learn them. Live them. Or step aside.
Rule 1 — Strength First
If you are weak, you are prey. Simple. Rock must be lifted, carried, and swung daily. Weak men snap. Strong men stay standing when life wants them on their knees.
Rule 2 — Earn Your Food
If you don’t move, you don’t eat. Period. No more crying into your protein shake about how hard life is. You move first….. then you feast. No exceptions.
Rule 3 — Suffer On Purpose
If you don’t suffer on your terms, life will make sure you suffer on its terms. Sweat, groan, and curse your way through it. Nobody’s coming to save you.
Rule 4 — Cold is the Teacher
The cold doesn’t care about your feelings. It doesn’t care if you’re tired. It doesn’t care if you’re “not a morning person.” Get under it. Learn to love the sting. Weakness leaves through the skin.
Rule 5 — Control the Breath
The breath is everything. Panic is for amateurs. Warriors control the chaos by controlling the breath …. under the bar, on the trail, or when the world throws bricks at their heads.
Rule 6 — Flow Like Water
Rigid men shatter. Water bends, flows, strikes, and always finds the gap. Be that man. Agile, adaptable, always dangerous.
Rule 7 — Eat Like a Beast
Meat, fat, salt. That’s your shopping list. If it comes in a shiny box with a cartoon mascot, you don’t eat it. You’re not a child.
Rule 8 — Pleasure Follows Purpose
Sex, rest, and indulgence are rewards, not rights. You earn pleasure when you earn respect …. from yourself and your woman.
Rule 9 — Lead or Be Led
The world is full of lost boys pretending to be men. RAW men lead. At work. At home. In the bedroom. In the mirror.
Rule 10 — The Forge is Forever
This isn’t a "challenge" with a finish line. It’s the life you signed up for. The Forge doesn’t shut down. Neither do you.
If these rules offend you …good! You probably need them the most.
